Luxamerica 2016 - Chile

Salvi was once again invited to participate in LUXAMÉRICA 2016, a biannual academic congress organized by the Lighting Associations of various countries in the Americas. The event brings together international specialists in the area of lighting and related fields to present the latest scientific and technological advances in the sector.

The Fundación Chilena de Luminotecnia -FCL- together with the Office for the Protection of the Quality of the Sky of Northern Chile -OPCC- was responsible for the organization of the XIII version of the LUXAMÉRICA congress, which took place in the city of La Serena, and whose motto "Sustainable Lighting for America" represents the major national concern, and we would add worldwide, of the sector and addressed issues such as light pollution and its environmental significance in the development of activities such as astronomy or the influence on the environment.
